Garlic in a smoothie?!

It sounds odd, but I gave it a shot.  Throw a clove of garlic in your next smoothie!  It will really change the taste of your smoothyjuice, but the benefits of fresh garlic are hard to ignore. The health benefits of fresh garlic can be read about here and here.

Bok choy


Chia seeds

One clove of garlic.

Throw it all in a high powered blender, add water, and pulverize!  You will definitely taste the garlic, but think of the health benefits you just read about as you guzzle your smoothyjuice.
